Builders:

With technical secondary school education or above (including high school education) and engaged in building decoration construction management for more than two years.

Civil engineer:

As the project leader or professional leader, he has completed the whole process design of four civil architectural design projects of Grade III and above, including at least 1 projects of Grade II and above.

As the project leader or professional leader, he has completed the whole process design of four medium-sized and above projects in other types of architectural design, including at least 1 large-scale projects or special construction projects.

Professional practice requires the applicant to complete the professional practice training of not less than 700 units in accordance with the professional practice standards of first-class registered architects. Builders:

4. Strong on-site construction organization ability, communication, coordination and management ability;

5. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Third, different responsibilities.

Builders:

1. Assist the project manager to prepare for the commencement of the project, preliminarily examine and approve the drawings and construction scheme, and put forward technical measures and site construction scheme.
