Property charges must be provided 24 hours a day?

Property service mainly depends on how the two parties agree in the property contract, and there is no provision that the property company must provide 24-hour service.

Some high-end communities will have the concept of 24-hour duty service, but many ordinary residential communities, especially affordable housing, two-bedroom and low-rent housing communities, generally cannot provide 24-hour maintenance service because of low property fees.
