Maximum life of property contract

Legal analysis: when signing a property management service contract in China, there is no specific requirement on whether the contract term is determined, that is, the term can be agreed or not. But it doesn't just mean that the property contract should be terminated as long as the agreed period expires. According to the law of our country, if the property service contract signed by the owners' committee and the property management enterprise takes effect, the property service contract signed in the early stage will be terminated.

Legal basis: Article 21 of the Regulations on Property Management. Before the owners' congress and the owners' congress hire the property management enterprise, the construction unit shall sign a written preliminary property service contract.
