In industrial and mining areas and enterprises with more housing difficulties, the use of allocated land for self-use to raise funds for housing and cooperative housing must be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of affordable housing.
Article 3 These Measures shall apply to the construction, transaction and management of affordable housing on state-owned land in urban areas of this Municipality.

Chapter II Development and Construction

Chapter IV Determination and Publication of Prices
Article 15 The selling price of affordable housing shall be based on the principle of guaranteed profit, and its benchmark selling price and floating range shall be determined according to the cost composition and price approval procedures stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Affordable Housing Price of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Construction and the Implementation Measures for the Administration of Affordable Housing Price of Shanxi Province, and shall be publicized to the public.
Sixteenth real estate development and operation enterprises shall, before the sale (pre-sale) of affordable housing, calculate the housing cost and submit a written application for pricing, and report it to the Municipal Price Bureau for determination.
Seventeenth Municipal Price Bureau in conjunction with the Municipal Construction Management Committee and the Municipal Housing Authority sub-project approved affordable housing prices.
After receiving the application for the pricing of real estate enterprises, the Municipal Price Bureau will examine the cost together with the Municipal Urban Construction Management Committee and the Municipal Real Estate Bureau, and verify the benchmark price of sales (pre-sale).

Chapter V Trading and After-sales Management

(four) other conditions stipulated by the Municipal People's government. To apply for the purchase of affordable housing in Xing Tao, it shall conform to the standards stipulated by the state and the province.
Article 21 An applicant who purchases affordable housing must hold his/her household registration book, ID card, income certificate of family members, proof of housing situation and other relevant certification materials issued by his/her unit or subdistrict office to the construction unit of affordable housing project to receive and truthfully fill out the "Taiyuan Affordable Housing Purchase Audit Form".
Twenty-second affordable housing project construction units should recover the "Taiyuan affordable housing purchase audit form" reported to the Municipal Housing Authority. City real estate bureau to complete the verification within 7 working days. If it does not meet the requirements, it shall explain to the applicant the reasons for not purchasing; Those who meet the requirements shall be publicized by the applicant's work unit or neighborhood Committee, and the publicity time shall not be less than 15 working days.
