Property management houses must be used for property services. Except for the duty area and dormitory of the property office, other equipment and facilities must be built and used according to the planned purpose. The water pump room can only be used to install water pump equipment, the power distribution room can only be used to place power distribution cabinets, and the elevator room must be used to install elevators.
