Four, canine animals, every year by the dog owner to the animal husbandry and veterinary administrative departments for immunization and quarantine, rabies vaccine injection for dogs, animal health immunization certificate, and the relevant certification materials submitted to the real estate management office for inspection, a copy of the record. Those who have not obtained the animal health immunization certificate shall not be kept.

Five, in the community's main roads, children's amusement parks and other owners' activities within 30 meters, as well as during major holidays or major events held in the community, it is forbidden to walk the dog. When walking the dog, avoid the elderly, the disabled, pregnant women and children.

Six, not raising dogs, dogs and barking dogs, not raising dogs without full capacity for civil conduct.

Seven, take the dog out of the house, to give the dog a leash, led by an adult, the dog should bring garbage bags, dog poop should be collected at any time, back to their own bathroom for processing. After the violator is verified, the property management company will charge 10 yuan cleaning fee every time.

Eight, raising a dog shall not interfere with the normal life of others, and the dog owner shall take effective measures to stop it when the barking affects the rest of others.

Nine, for dogs that are injured or suspected of suffering from rabies, dog owners shall promptly send them to the animal husbandry and veterinary administrative departments and the health and epidemic prevention departments for inspection, and carry out harmless treatment for dogs diagnosed with rabies according to law.

Ten, the dog hurts others, the dog owner shall bear all the medical expenses of the victim and other corresponding civil liabilities, and compensate the injured for other losses according to law.

Eleven, any safety accidents occurred in the kennel area, all the responsibilities should be borne by the dog owners.

Twelve, because dogs interfere with the normal life of others in the event of a dispute, dog owners should take the initiative to take a conciliatory attitude, restrain or deal with their own dogs, and settle the dispute.

Thirteen, dog owners consciously accept the supervision of the property management office and the owners.
