How many levels does a property manager have? What is the difference?

Property managers are divided into three levels:

I. Assistant Property Manager:

1, bachelor degree or above or equivalent, former student;

2. College degree or above or equivalent and engaged in related work for more than one year;

3, technical secondary school or above or equivalent and engaged in related work for more than two years.

Second, the property manager:

1, passed the first-class qualification certification of assistant property manager or obtained senior technical title and engaged in related work for more than one year;

2. Graduate degree or above or equivalent and engaged in related work for more than two years;

3. Bachelor degree or above or equivalent and engaged in relevant work for more than three years;

4. College degree or above or equivalent and engaged in related work for more than four years.

Three. Senior Property Manager:

1. passed the qualification certification of property manager or obtained senior technical title and engaged in relevant work for more than three years;

2. Graduate degree or above or equivalent and engaged in related work for more than four years;

3. Bachelor degree or above or equivalent and engaged in relevant work for more than five years;

4. College degree or above or equivalent and engaged in related work for more than six years.

Registered property managers are not graded. Must pass the examination and registration of registered property managers.
