Should indoor fire hydrants be sealed?

Legal analysis: individuals damage, misappropriate or dismantle or stop fire-fighting facilities and equipment without authorization, occupy, block or close evacuation passages and exits, or engage in other acts that hinder safe evacuation, bury, occupy or block fire hydrants or occupy fire-fighting space; Individuals who occupy, block or close the passage of fire engines and obstruct the passage of fire engines shall be given a warning or imposed a fine of not more than 500 yuan. No matter whether a unit or an individual commits the above-mentioned illegal acts, the fire department of the public security organ shall order it to make corrections, and if it refuses to make corrections, the fire department of the public security organ may enforce it, and the expenses required shall be borne by the violator.

Legal basis: Article 60 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Fire Protection Law. Units in violation of the provisions of the fire law, one of the following acts, shall be ordered to make corrections, and impose a fine of 5000 yuan to 50 thousand yuan:

(1) The configuration and setting of fire-fighting facilities, equipment or fire safety signs do not meet the national standards and industry standards, or are not kept intact and effective;

(two) damage, misappropriation, unauthorized removal or deactivation of fire control facilities and equipment;

(3) Occupy, block or close evacuation passages and exits or other acts that hinder safe evacuation;

(four) burying, occupying, blocking the fire hydrant or occupying the fire prevention space;

(five) occupy, block or close the passage of fire engines, which hinders the passage of fire engines;

(6) Set up obstacles affecting escape and fire fighting and rescue on doors and windows of crowded places;

(7) Failing to take timely measures to eliminate fire hazards after being notified by the fire department of the public security organ.
