Third, dock with real estate and Wang Defu supermarket, repair the leakage of underground parking lot in xx center, activate the underground parking floor of Building 7 and relocate the distribution center of Peony Garden Elevated Supermarket, make rational use of it, park the vehicles parked on the roads in the community into the garage, and improve the disorderly parking order of vehicles in the community;
Fourth, strengthen the daily inspection and inspection of hydropower in the jurisdiction, establish a long-term management mechanism, stop the current situation of stealing, leaking, running, leaking and dripping from the source, and minimize the loss of hydropower.
Fifth, in order to change the situation that property, real estate and engineering companies bear the cost of infrastructure maintenance endlessly, the housing maintenance fund must be activated. However, most of the properties undertaken by our company at present belong to pre-stage property management, and it is urgent to set up an owners' committee to negotiate with the owners' committee on the renewal of the property management contract and the use of maintenance funds.
