According to the regulations, party member should enhance party member's awareness and take the initiative to pay party dues on a monthly basis. Under special circumstances, with the consent of the party branch, party dues can be paid once every quarter.

Party member, who receives a monthly salary, takes the relatively fixed and regular wage income (after tax) in the total salary as the calculation base, and pays party dues according to the prescribed proportion.
