Five-year warranty

The construction unit shall provide a five-year warranty for the waterproof project of the external wall of the building (for details, please refer to the Measures for Quality Warranty of Construction Projects promulgated by the Ministry of Construction). If there is leakage within five years after the delivery of the house, it shall notify the property developer to carry out maintenance, and bear the responsibility for maintenance and compensation for the internal damage.

Public maintenance fund

If the warranty period exceeds five years, notify the property to use the public maintenance fund paid by the owner for maintenance.

Damage caused by human factors

If the damage is caused by human factors, such as the upstairs owner installing air conditioners and punching holes in the wall to cause waterproof layers, etc. The responsible party shall be responsible for maintenance and compensation.
