Why is the capital of Hebei in Shijiazhuang?

1July, 949, most parts of North China were liberated, and the liberated areas in Hebei became one piece. In order to resume and develop production, promote the development of various construction undertakings and support the national liberation war, the central government decided to restore the organizational system of Hebei Province. Subsequently, the People's Government of North China issued document 150 to adjust administrative divisions. The general order decided to cancel the original base division, restore the organizational system of Hebei Province, and make Baoding its capital. In July of 12 and August of 1 2008, Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Hebei Provincial Government were established in Baoding.

From Hebei Province to the present, because the war protected the leadership of Beijing and Tianjin, the provincial capital moved several times and finally settled in Shijiazhuang.
