The property management company failed to fulfill its management responsibilities.

Legal Analysis: According to the Property Management Regulations of the State Council and relevant laws, as the manager of residential areas, the property management company has the obligation to manage, repair and maintain the houses, supporting facilities and related sites, and should conduct regular inspections on the parts used by the property and public facilities and equipment. The property company should be an obligation that has not been fulfilled within the scope of its duties. When this hidden danger causes personal and property damage to others, it shall bear the liability for compensation equivalent to its fault.
