Looking back on my work in recent years, it can be summarized into three aspects.

Proceeding from reality, we advocate the establishment of a lean and efficient property management team and have formulated a series of preliminary rules and regulations. Initially incorporated into the modern management track;

Second, the improper and inappropriate defects in installation have been reformed and corrected, making the operation of equipment and facilities safer, more economical and more reliable.

Second, make due contributions to the development of enterprise engineering department.

As we all know, we respect and support the work of every leader, safeguard the prestige of the leader, and are willing to be a supporting role and a green leaf. Treat your strengths and weaknesses dialectically, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, unite and cooperate, and do it: stay in place and not be offside, and make up for it. In addition to ensuring that the work of the engineering department under their jurisdiction meets the requirements, they are constantly moving towards standardization and maturity, contributing their own light and heat.

Third, give full play to your intelligence for the breakthrough of enterprise engineering department. I have accumulated all kinds of information and experience for the hotel engineering department to have a better future. I don't have a glorious past, I just want to grasp the present and the future. The competition for the position of project manager today is mainly based on the following considerations:

Second, I have an innovative consciousness of being open-minded and eager to learn. After graduating from school, I never stopped learning and improving. Participated in the operation training of household appliances, electricians, air conditioners and pipelines;

As I entered the hotel engineering department, I learned the knowledge of management, fire equipment maintenance, installation and maintenance according to my work needs.

Fourth, I have the realistic spirit of being brave in practice and challenge. Through the practice and exercise of many jobs, I have cultivated my abilities in speaking, writing, doing things and doing things. So how to be a qualified and competent project manager? I think we should first recognize the role, put ourselves in a correct position, exercise our power without exceeding our authority, stay in place and be offside, and earnestly perform our duties, which are specifically summarized as "one principle", "two centers", "three transformations" and "four realizations".

"One principle" is to share the worries for the leaders above, serve the customers below, and take "several satisfactions" put forward by hotel leaders as the principle, which is the starting point and the end result of all work.

The "two centers" focus on service and management, highlighting service awareness, promoting management through service, improving the professional quality of themselves and departments through management, pulling without pushing employees, teaching without training, and managing the ideological and political work of the team.

The "three transformations" are to realize the transformation from management-oriented work to service-oriented work, from transactional work to high-quality work, and from housekeeping thinking to ownership.

"Four realizations" are:

First, comprehensively improve their overall quality, strive to achieve political maturity, excellent business, strict discipline, excellent work style, decent life, breakthroughs in work, outstanding performance, and live up to expectations, so as to achieve "seeking positions by posts and promoting officials by posts."

Second, forge ahead, strengthen the consciousness of reform and innovation, keep the law innovation unchanged, keep pace with the times, and comprehensively push all the work of the engineering department to a new level.

Third, handle the three relations well, respect the superiors and give full play to their role as staff assistants;

Leaders, judges and colleagues, there are ups and downs in the post competition, and there is no regret in the position, as always;

A dancing heart. I have no amazing achievements, no dazzling qualifications, no outstanding academic qualifications, and my advantages are not worth mentioning. I dare not expect anything. I just want everyone to know me, understand me, help me, like me and support me.
