First, the scope of appraisal

(a) the household registration and residence (must apply for a local residence permit and within the validity period) in Lezhi County. You can apply for the qualification of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers in Lezhi County.

Second, the identification conditions

(1) education

1. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, one should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above. (The "pre-school education" major offered by a secondary vocational school must provide a copy of the approval document from the competent education department and affix the fresh seal of the school)

2. To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have graduated from a secondary normal school or above.

3. To apply for the qualifications of teachers in cultural courses and professional courses in junior middle schools and junior vocational schools, one should have a teacher's college degree or above.

(2) Examination certificate

Has passed the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and obtained the certificate of primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination, and is within the prescribed period of validity.

(3) Putonghua requirements

1. Those who apply for the qualification of teachers in primary schools and kindergartens shall meet the standards of Grade II and above.

2. To apply for the qualification of junior high school teachers, they shall reach the standard of Putonghua level 2 and above.

(4) Physical examination requirements

Can meet the needs of education and teaching, and has good physical fitness. Applicants participate in the physical examination according to the prescribed standards and procedures, and the conclusion of the physical examination is qualified.

(five) abide by the Constitution and laws, have good ideological and moral character and professional ethics, and be able to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law.

Third, the application process

(1) Online declaration

2. Registration method: Log in to the "Teacher Qualification Online Portal" of China Teacher Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) to enter the registration.

3. Select the certification institution: select "Lezhi County Education and Sports Bureau" for the certification of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers.

4. Site selection confirmation: Lezhi County Education and Sports Bureau.

(2) On-site confirmation

1. Time:

(1) Apply for the qualifications of teachers in junior high schools, primary schools and kindergartens. On-site confirmation time is 2020 10, 14, 15. If it expires, it will no longer be accepted.

(2) Apply for the qualification of internship instructor in senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary specialized schools. The on-site confirmation time is 2020 10 and 16, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.

Applicants are advised to verify their academic qualifications in Xue Xin. If it cannot be verified, please apply for a certification report in time.

(4) Putonghua proficiency level certificate: the applicant shall provide the original Putonghua proficiency test level certificate (if it can be verified by the system, it may not be submitted).

(5) primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination certificate, and within the prescribed period of validity. By the applicant in the national primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network (ntce.neea.edu.cn) to print.

(6) Personal book: after downloading and printing on the online registration interface, take photos with my signature (fingerprints are required), and upload the registration information according to the program requirements. After uploading successfully, please check the effect of uploading pictures. If the content is uneven and the handwriting is unclear, which will affect the final appraisal result, you will be responsible.

(7) Two recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos on a white background: the physical examination form and the teacher qualification certificate. The photo should be consistent with the photo uploaded when applying online, and the name, ID number, category and subject of applying for teacher qualification should be indicated on the back of the photo.

(8) To apply for the qualification category of internship guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools, it is also necessary to provide the equivalent of the professional title certificate of assistant engineer and above or the technical level qualification certificate of intermediate and above workers.

(3) Physical examination

1. Those who pass the on-site confirmation, please go to the hospital for physical examination within the specified time (organized by Lezhi County Education and Sports Bureau). Those who fail to pass the physical examination within the time limit are deemed unqualified and cannot participate in the next identification.

2. Time and place of physical examination: meet at the entrance of Lezhi County Education and Sports Bureau before June 65438+1October 65438+September 8: 00, 2020.

3. Precautions for physical examination:

The diet should be light three days before the physical examination, and it is not advisable to eat greasy food, bean products, milk, etc.

6. Those who fail the physical examination cannot participate in the next identification.
