Starting from 2005, the new national general invoice (except VAT invoice) will replace the old national general invoice. The main difference between the old and new invoices lies in the different invoice coding methods. The new invoice adopts a unified classification code with 20-digit codes, including 12-digit classification code and 8-digit invoice number. This number is printed in the upper right corner of the invoice in two lines. The code of the old ordinary invoice is 10 digits, and the number is printed in the upper right corner of the invoice with 1 line. Meaning of new invoice code:

Only the invoice number is printed on the old invoice, and a line of 12-digit invoice code is added to the upper right corner of the new invoice. Each number in this line of classification codes has a specific meaning.
