Not included in the cost of housing special maintenance funds.

1. The construction unit shall be responsible for the extra repair costs and equipment replacement costs caused by the fault of the construction unit; 2. The property has reached cooperation with relevant enterprises, so that the enterprises can provide security services and daily maintenance of housing infrastructure. When the security facilities fail, the repair costs shall be borne by the relevant enterprises;

3. If the loss of the house is man-made, the parties concerned shall be solely responsible for the related repair costs; 4. According to the relevant contract, the expenses that should be paid by the property need not be paid by the special housing maintenance fund.
