The company takes real estate development, sales and leasing as its core business, and also runs interior decoration projects. Hongxiang Company was established as a Sino-foreign joint venture with a registered capital of 65,438+07, 450 yuan. On April 22, 2000, foreign capital withdrew, and the registered capital of Hongxiang Company increased to RMB 20 million. The changes of shares are as follows: Guizhou Bridge Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Corporation) accounts for 89.3% (invested capital of 6,543.8+078.6 million yuan), and Datong Company accounts for 654.38+00.7% (invested capital of 2,654.38+04 million yuan). On April 16, 2003, Hongxiang Company increased its capital again, and its registered capital increased to 35 million yuan. Hongxiang Company has developed slowly since the establishment of 1993. By the beginning of 2002, Hongxiang Company had successfully developed and constructed Yan 'an Lane Residential Area (25,000 square meters), Expressway Monitoring Center (5,000 square meters), Hongxiang National Building (3 1000 square meters) and Xinhua Building (2 1000 square meters).
