The underwater park is adjacent to Xianxia Road in the south, Shuicheng Road in the east and residential buildings in the west and north. 1995, with a total area of1.1.8000 square meters.

Garden ruins used to be farmland and riverside. At the end of 1987, in order to cooperate with the construction of Xianxia Community, the Municipal People's Government invested 850,000 yuan to turn it into a park. The park was named Shuixia Park after Shuicheng Road and Xianxia Road. It was officially opened to the public on the first day of 1992.

The north and south of the park are rectangular, and Zhoujiabang runs through the park, dividing the park into two parts. In the overall design, the original water surface is adopted, and the theme of the scenery is "Shuixia". There are many trees in Hedong, green grass in Hexi and waterside platform, which has a unique scenery. There is a kidney-shaped shrub in the garden gate, with an area of about 90 square meters. It is planted with summer rhododendron, begonia, Mahonia, Myrica rubra and precious white rhododendron plum. There is a stone arch bridge 9.3 meters long and 1.86 meters wide across Zhoujiabang in the south of Yuannan. Standing on the bridge, you can enjoy the scenery on both sides of the Garden River. In the middle of the park, there is a children's interest pavilion with an area of 96 square meters, which has a reinforced concrete structure and looks like a western-style ancient castle. The platform in front of the exhibition hall covers an area of 33 square meters and is surrounded by water on three sides. There are three square pyramid-shaped roof pavilions in the museum, each with an area of 6 square meters and a height of 3.5 meters, 4 meters and 4.5 meters respectively. The whole pavilion is novel and unique, which is one of the beautiful scenery of the garden. There is a horizontal platform with an area of 124 square meters in the north of the park. Standing on the platform, you can watch the whole park. On the north side of the platform, there is an iron escalator leading to an island in the middle of the river, and a large velvet lawn is planted on the island. There are three umbrella pavilions made of FRP on the platform, each 2 meters high, with stone benches and stone platforms inside.

The park is low in the east and high in the west, and the plant configuration mainly adopts native tree species, which are planted in different seasons according to the terrain. There are forest belts more than 200 meters long and 40 meters wide to the east of Yuanhe River, and there are stone roads in the forest. There is an undulating slope from the south gate to the north gate in the west of the park, which is 34 meters wide, 0.53 meters high and 1.50 meters long, forming a long green belt with plants in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
