Will the second floor go against the current?

If the drain pipe is blocked, there will be a problem of water backflow in the drain pipe.

There are mainly the following two situations:

1. In the process of daily use, due to littering and waste blocking the sewer pipe (drain pipe), when the daily life wastewater of the upstairs neighbor flows into the blocked sewer pipe, there will be a problem of anti-water.

2. When the neighbors upstairs concentrate on discharging wastewater into the sewer, the air in the sewer will be compressed, which will put pressure on the water supply in the trap connecting the main sewer downstairs, thus causing water pouring.

Grassroots flood:

Flooding at the grass-roots level is the continuation of roof film, which is laid on the surface alone. Flooding at the base is usually made of nonmetallic materials, such as plastic or asphalt impregnated products. The combination of non-metallic materials and metallic materials at the grass-roots level can make them play their best role.

Cap flashing: Cap flashing is made of metal, plastic or impregnated linoleum, which is mainly used to seal or protect the exposed edge of foundation flashing.

Flooding is the waterproof treatment at the junction of waterproof layer and vertical wall, such as high and low span, parapet, chimney and skylight wall. In order to prevent the linoleum from breaking at the right-angle corner, the joint between the waterproof layer and the vertical plane should be made of mortar or concrete to scrape the arc or a 45 inclined plane, and the linoleum should be pasted vertically along the arc surface.
