First, strictly control the access of community residents. In principle, it is not allowed to go out, except for medical treatment due to illness, epidemic prevention and control work, and work in important positions related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Second, take strict control measures for all residents in the community. According to the size of the community, only one or two entrances and exits are left, and all other channels are closed. All residents in this community have special signs, and non-foreign vehicles and personnel are not allowed to enter. During the control period, each family in the community can assign 1 family members to go out to purchase living materials on the basis of taking protective measures every day.

Third, party member cadres, deputies to the National People's Congress and CPPCC members should take the lead, manage themselves and their relatives well, motivate friends and neighbors, and assist community workers to persuade residents to go out less, go out on the streets less, stop visiting and not gather as required.

Fourth, it is strictly forbidden to gather people, and seriously deal with gathering activities such as playing cards, playing mahjong and dancing square dance.

Five, the public security organs will deal with those who refuse to obey the management of community staff, gather people to make trouble or maliciously destroy community monitoring facilities. If cadres and public officials in party member do not obey management or listen to dissuasion, the discipline inspection and supervision organs will seriously investigate their responsibilities.
