According to the new media, Zhaoping Business Center (plot KCGD20 18- 12) is located in the middle of Wujiaba planning area, with a transaction area of 29,000 square meters (about 43.5 mu), plot ratio 1-7, and the maximum buildable area of about 203,000 square meters. This plot was built by China Merchants Shekou 2065438+.

The planning content shows that the above plots are commercial and residential land, with a commercial-residential ratio of 8:2. It is planned to build two super-high-rise office buildings and three high-rise commercial and residential podium buildings, with a height limit of 190 meters and a height limit of 220 meters. After the project is completed, enterprises with China Merchants Financial License must be introduced to settle in.
