In 2023, the collection standards of Lanzhou property fees are as follows:

1. The first-class charging standard is 1.00 yuan/month/square meter (including taxes).

2. The secondary charging standard is 0.75 yuan/month square meter (including taxes).

3. The third-level charging standard is 0.50 yuan/month square meter (including taxes).
