2. All departments should make concerted efforts to maintain social stability in Qi Xin. All grade groups, offices, branches, trade union groups and property management companies participate in comprehensive management according to their respective functions, and keep close contact with community public security, urban management, traffic control and neighborhood committees. Establish and improve the system of investigation and mediation of contradictions and disputes, and conduct regular investigation and mediation. For the complex and difficult contradictions and disputes found out, the leadership package and office supervision shall be implemented.
