How much is the property decoration fee?

Decoration is an indispensable link after check-in. Property service companies implement decoration management on the basis of national and local laws and regulations such as "Regulations on the Management of Interior Decoration of Residential Buildings" issued by the Ministry of Construction (1/kloc-0).

1. During the decoration declaration period, the property management company shall arrange relevant personnel to confirm the identity of the decorator and check the items and contents of the property decoration; Inform the decorator and the behavior and matters needing attention prohibited by the decoration enterprise entrusted by the decorator.

2. During the construction period, the property management company will conduct on-site inspection according to the decoration management service agreement, and do a good job in management and service.

3. After the renovation project is completed, the property management company shall conduct on-site acceptance as agreed.
