What are the property impermanence services?

According to the Property Management Regulations and the Property Law, property management companies provide public facilities management and public safety services.

Strictly speaking, property companies are not obliged to provide free services.

However, from the perspective of service owners, general property companies will provide some maintenance and delivery services within their power. For example, if the owner provides materials himself, the property management company can install light bulbs, faucets, replace locks on doors and so on for the owner free of charge. Send and receive newspapers and magazines on behalf of the owner, manage small items temporarily on behalf of the owner, and so on. But these are all additional services of the property, and they are not the obligations that the property company must fulfill.
