Special operations personnel engaged in related work without safety education and training or failing to pass the examination, in violation of the provisions of Article 62 of the Regulations on the Administration of Safety Production in Construction Projects, shall be ordered by the construction unit to make corrections within a time limit; Overdue correction, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) production safety law", shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification, and impose a fine; If a major safety accident is caused, which constitutes a crime, the person directly responsible shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law.

Article 27 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production, the special operators of production and business operation entities must receive special safety operation training in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and obtain corresponding qualifications before taking up their posts. In violation of this regulation, electricians will be subject to administrative punishment, general fine or administrative detention.
