I believe friends in the media will hear that cutting corners, buying and selling false advertisements, deducting rent from leasing and opaque property charges are all problems in the real estate market reflected by ordinary people, which are related to their vital interests. In 20 19, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, together with six departments, carried out a special rectification of chaos in real estate leasing institutions, and achieved remarkable results. However, we also find that, driven by interests, some real estate market entities are still taking risks, disrupting the order of the real estate market, and illegal acts occur from time to time.
