Two papers, Construction of Ethical System of Real Estate Appraisal and Analysis of Practical Application of Conceptual Innovation and Comparative Method, were published in the Proceedings of the 2003 China Real Estate Appraisal Symposium. Among them, "The Construction of Ethical System of Real Estate Appraisal" won the second prize of excellent papers in the seminar.

In 20001,2002 and 2004, he presided over three topics of Beijing municipal government: research report on the development and construction of Beijing golf course, research report on the facilities and capacity of Beijing tourism reception (special topic of 2008 Olympic Games) and research report on the construction of Beijing golf course, providing basic data and relevant suggestions for government departments to formulate relevant policies.
