He used to be the project development manager of Zheng Da Group of Thailand, the deputy manager of planning and finance of Zheng Da Building Materials Investment Company, the project manager of Tianjin Zheng Da Investment Company, and the director of project development department of Zheng Da International Finance Co., Ltd. (preparation period). Preside over or participate in the pre-planning, market research, feasibility study and other work involving many large-scale investment projects such as agriculture and animal husbandry, medicine, clothing and offshore fishing.

He used to be the director and deputy general manager of Huatang Real Estate Development Company, a central real estate development enterprise, in charge of project development, engineering and marketing, and presided over the whole process of several real estate development projects. He also served as the investment consultant of Xidan Friendship Group, Tsinghua Tongfang Real Estate, Best Technology Company, Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Company, Beijing Madison Real Estate Co., Ltd. and other listed companies or large enterprises.

Since 200 1, he has been a member of the expert group of China real estate appraiser qualification examination and marking expert group for three consecutive years.

Appointed by shanghai real estate appraisers association, China, he attended the annual meeting of the International Federation of Appraisers (FIG) in Washington, USA and Athens, Greece as an observer representative of China real estate appraisers. In July, 2000, he published a paper "Exploring the Consumption Pattern of China Metropolis" at the fifth annual meeting of the Asian Real Estate Society. Since the publication of 1995 China real estate appraiser qualification examination textbook (* * * fifth edition textbook), I have been the editorial board member and the deputy editor of the third to fifth editions textbook Real Estate Appraisal Case and Analysis. Presided over the editing of Selected Reports of Real Estate Appraisal (2002 and 2003). Participated in the drafting and expert argumentation of the Specification for Real Estate Appraisal (GB/T50291-1999) and the Guiding Opinions on Demolition Appraisal (Order of the Ministry of Construction). Participate in the drafting and demonstration of the Measures for the Administration of Real Estate Appraisal Institutions. Two papers, Construction of Ethical System of Real Estate Appraisal and Analysis of Practical Application of Conceptual Innovation and Comparative Method, were published in the Proceedings of the 2003 China Real Estate Appraisal Symposium. Among them, "The Construction of Ethical System of Real Estate Appraisal" won the second prize of excellent papers in the seminar.

In 20001,2002 and 2004, he presided over three topics of Beijing municipal government: research report on the development and construction of Beijing golf course, research report on the facilities and capacity of Beijing tourism reception (special topic of 2008 Olympic Games) and research report on the construction of Beijing golf course, providing basic data and relevant suggestions for government departments to formulate relevant policies.
