Multi-storey or high-rise, which is more suitable for living?

Compared with high-rise buildings, high-rise buildings are more suitable for living. Although some facilities in high-rise buildings are not as convenient as water supply pipes because of their high floors, the space utilization rate of high-rise buildings is much higher than that of multi-floors.

Multi-storey buildings generally refer to buildings with less than six floors. Residents of this kind of community generally don't have elevators, and because the multi-storey buildings are east households and west households, there are not many people living in one building, and the multi-storey community will inevitably occupy a large area. If it is in the suburbs, it is ok, but if it is near the urban area, there will be less greening in this case, and the environment of the community is not as good as that of the high-rise community, let alone the garden design.

Moreover, there is generally no elevator in multi-storey residential areas, which cannot be said to be inconvenient, but people living on the fifth and sixth floors can only climb stairs. Old people can exercise if they are free. If young people go to work or are in a hurry, it will be a waste of time.

High-rise buildings are different. High-rise buildings generally refer to buildings with more than 14 floors. In this case, due to the large number of residents in residential areas and the large amount of space used in high-rise residential areas, there is a lot of room for greening and public facilities. Although some high-rise buildings are not as good as multi-storey residential areas, after all, some facilities will not keep up with the high-rise buildings under some pressure, but now many high-rise residential areas are improving these facilities. In addition, the extra space in high-rise residential areas is generally equipped with parking spaces or underground garages, which is more suitable for the younger generation who are busy now.
