How to handle the developer's self-sustaining real estate license

Developers own real estate, and the process of handling real estate licenses is the same as the normal process. The specific process is as follows: 1. Get it from the real estate registration agency and fill in the application form; 2. Submit identity certificates, application forms and other related materials; 3. Employee certification materials; 4, within thirty working days from the date of acceptance, issued a certificate of real estate ownership. According to the provisions of Article 20 of the Provisional Regulations on the Registration of Real Estate, the real estate registration institution shall complete the real estate registration procedures within 30 working days from the date of accepting the application for registration, unless otherwise stipulated by law. Article 21 stipulates that registered items shall be registered when they are recorded in the real estate register. Upon completion of registration, the real estate registration agency shall issue the certificate of ownership of real estate or registration certificate to the applicant according to law.
