I want to know the procedure for China people to apply for a certificate of no criminal record in Malaysia.

20 1 1 From March, 2008, applicants applying for the second home assignment project in Malaysia need to provide proof of no criminal record. China citizen's certificate is only a statement of no criminal record, which needs to be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and the Malaysian Embassy in China. Applicants who have submitted before March 1 but have not been audited or passed the audit and have not yet registered need to submit the above information.

In order to solve the inconvenience caused by the adjustment of the above materials to the applicant's agent, we urgently contacted the relevant units for consultation and put forward the following solutions:

Option 1: the applicant will handle it in person.

The process is as follows: the public security bureau where the household registration is located issues a certificate of no criminal record (stamped with the official seal)-it is handed over to the Foreign Affairs Office of the provincial capital city of China for certification-and it is handed over to the Malaysian Consulate of embassies and consulates in China for certification.

Precautions:

First, the judicial official letter required by the government foreign affairs office may appear in the following ways: 1, sent directly by the public security office; 2. Letter of introduction issued by the public security organ; 3. If the public security organ seals, please contact the Foreign Affairs Office of the province where the applicant is located to confirm how to handle it.

2. The fair fee of the local public security organ is 250-300 yuan, and the processing period is 3-7 days;

Fees for accreditation of the Foreign Affairs Office of China 100- 150 yuan, with a period of 1-2 days;

Embassies and consulates in China Malaysian Consular Certification Fee 40 yuan, with a period of 3 days.

Option 2: Agent

If it is inconvenient for the applicant to go through the above procedures, the original certificate of no criminal record issued by the public security bureau where the household registration is located can be submitted to our company for the whole process.
