How does the property manager pass the exam?

How can a property manager obtain the following information:

1.2.5 hours to test the basic system and policy of property management, property management and property management ability, and 3 hours to test property management practice.

Property Manager-Technician (one of the following conditions)

After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant property manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years continuously, and has been trained by the professional property manager to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

2. Have a college degree, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 8 years continuously, have been trained by professional property managers to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a certificate of completion.

3. Have a bachelor's degree, have been engaged in this profession for more than 6 years continuously, have reached the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of property management personnel of this major, and have obtained the certificate of completion.

4. Property management personnel, who are citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC), abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, and meet one of the following conditions, may apply for taking the qualification examination for property management personnel:

(1) has obtained technical secondary school education in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and has worked for 10 years, including 8 years in property management.

(2) Obtain a college degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in property management.

(3) Obtain a bachelor's degree in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in property management.
