Article 40 If anyone uses electricity illegally in violation of the provisions of Article 30 of these regulations, the power supply enterprise may recover the electricity fee according to the illegal facts and consequences, and collect the electricity fee and other fees stipulated by the state in accordance with the provisions of the administrative department of electric power in the State Council; If the circumstances are serious, the power supply can be stopped in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the state.
