5. Customers who purchase non-residential houses (garages, warehouses, shops) must pay transaction fees at the time of contract filing in accordance with the regulations of Shenyang Real Estate Bureau. You can choose to pay by yourself at Shenyang Real Estate Trading Center or by the developer.

Four. Start making contributions

After completing the bank mortgage formalities and the bank loan reaches the developer's account, you need to get the passbook and bank card according to the bank regulations and start making contributions at the specified time.
