② Project schedule control: This is one of the key points of our engineering department. Review the rationality and accuracy of the project schedule of the project department. We also widely mobilize project managers to supervise project funds while arranging production. For the completed project, send the settlement documents in time, and strive to sign back the settlement documents as soon as possible, so as not to provide an excuse for the construction unit to default on the project payment. For large debtors and nail households who owe money, on the one hand, they should actively demand money, on the other hand, they should prepare materials and evidence, prepare for litigation at any time, and use legal weapons to ensure that the economic interests of enterprises are not lost.

Among the big debtors, it is difficult to urge them. Because they are short of funds, they delay settlement under various pretexts and delay payment under the pretext of settlement. Find a specific person in charge, pass the buck, and don't talk about specific issues. In order to solve the problem, I have to stare at the general manager. Whenever I meet him, I will pester him to talk about reconciliation and urge for money. Sometimes I often have to stand outside his office for hours to stop him. After more than three months of tense man-to-man tactics, we finally made some breakthroughs in settlement. The next step is to cooperate with Party A to get the loan, increase the repayment of the second construction project, make harder efforts, and make careful preparations for the final settlement to ensure the interests of the enterprise.

In order to collect the arrears, sometimes I have to run several units a day, sometimes I have to wait for several hours and run several times to meet a person in charge of Party A, sometimes I have to say all the good things, sometimes I have to be flushed, and sometimes I have to endure a lot of ugly words. In order to be more convincing when collecting money, we should always grasp the progress, quality and settlement contents of the project, as well as the source of funds, organization and personnel relations of the construction unit. In short, with the personal participation and leadership of the manager, with the strong assistance of all managers, through our efforts, * * * collected10,000 yuan from the end of this year, but there is still a gap of10,000 yuan from the annual target. Therefore, in the next two months, I must devote more energy and make more efforts.

In 20xx, I was also responsible for the settlement and delivery of completed projects and the inspection of settlement. Three projects were settled last year.
