Twelfth construction drawing review in principle does not exceed the following time limit:

(1) 65,438+05 working days for large-scale housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects, and 65,438+08 working days for medium-sized and below housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects.

(two) engineering investigation documents, 7 working days for Grade A projects and 5 working days for Grade B and below projects.

The above time limit does not include the revision time of the construction drawing and the review time of the review institution.

Second, the "drawing review time" promised by the drawing review agency refers to the time from the time when the submitted materials are complete and meet the review conditions to the time when the experts review and issue review opinions; The "drawing review time" understood by the public and the construction unit is the time from submission to obtaining the review certificate, that is, "the whole cycle of construction drawing review". In fact, it includes: the time to receive the review opinions, the time to review the drawings (preliminary review) (the time to send all the review materials from the construction unit, the time for the reviewer to review the drawings and issue the review opinions on the construction drawings), the time for the designer to reply to the modification, the time for the reviewer to review the reply and modify the drawings, and the time for issuing the certificate.
