In the conflict between the owner and the man in black, a man in his fifties fell to the ground and died suddenly on the spot. In my opinion, the main reason for the sudden death of this 50-year-old male owner in this incident is the conflict between the owner and the man in black. The casualties caused by this conflict should be the responsibility of the instigators of the conflict. I believe that no one wants to cause such serious casualties in this conflict, but the fact is that the victim must be given a reasonable compensation and the perpetrator a reasonable judgment.

First, there are contradictions in the alternation of old and new attributes. I believe that many owners of residential areas are dissatisfied with the property of their own residential areas, especially during the period when the house was just handed over, the property designated by the developer made many owners dissatisfied. In this case, many owners spontaneously organize owners' committees, and finally drive away the property in their own communities, so as to achieve the purpose of an owners' committee managing their own communities. This incident is the conflict caused by the autonomy of the owners' Committee.

Second, the old property brought people to stop the new property from moving in. In August, 2020, the second owners' meeting of the fourth session of Daming Community agreed to dissolve Fuzhou Mingcheng Property Management Co., Ltd. On the day of June 5438+February 2 1 2020, the industry committee hired some cleaning and order personnel to enter the community in the name of the autonomy of the industry committee. Forty or fifty non-residential workers gathered in the old residential property to stop it, so there was a fierce conflict.

Third, the quarrel between the two sides caused one person to die of physical discomfort. The deceased had an argument with the people brought by the old property before his death.
