When the owner/lessee carries out interior decoration, he shall ensure the quality and structural safety of the construction project, abide by the relevant regulations and standards of property management, fire protection, water supply, power supply, gas and environmental protection, and abide by our regulations on house decoration:
(a) decoration construction management regulations
1. Renovation period: three months.

All construction must be carried out in accordance with the scheme approved by the property management company and shall not be changed at will. 5. Decoration construction involving public electricity, fire fighting, water supply and drainage must be carried out by the construction unit designated by the property management company.
6. The installation of all electrical appliances shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Power Supply Bureau. All wires must be protected by PVC pipes, and wires shall not be directly embedded in any part of the property.
7. The electricity consumption for decoration construction shall not exceed the installed capacity of the renovated residential unit. It is forbidden to connect and pull the power cord without authorization. After consultation with the property management company, under the supervision of the manager, the manager will connect the temporary power cord at the designated location, otherwise all consequences will be borne by the owner/tenant.
8, gas supply facilities and gas appliances management (must comply with national standards) installation, maintenance, removal, modification, must be held by a professional qualification certificate of professional construction, users are not allowed to install, remove, modify. According to the relevant regulations and requirements of natural gas companies, natural gas pipelines shall not be altered, buried or sealed.
9. In order to keep the appearance of the community clean, coordinated and unified, the colors of windows, balconies and exterior walls shall not be changed at will, and the balcony function shall not be changed; No changes shall be made to beams, columns, upper and lower plates, balconies, terraces, passages, load-bearing walls and other structures.
10. Without the approval of the property management company, advertising signs shall not be displayed or hung in residential areas or outside buildings.

12, property public facilities
The owner/tenant and the decoration company must keep all the equipment in the community closed so that it cannot be inspected or maintained. All movable manholes (such as sewage pipe inspection ports, etc.). ), drainage covers, water supply and drainage manhole covers, strong and weak manhole covers, doors, shutters, etc. Do not package, close or place anything that will affect the normal opening.
13, drainage system
Decoration companies shall not install or connect water pipes, valves and equipment of public facilities in residential buildings. Owners/tenants and decoration companies are not allowed to dump sewage into public areas or other drainage facilities, and should compensate for the damage caused by this behavior.
14, hot and cold water pipes shall not be buried in the floor. If it is necessary to bury for special reasons, pressure test must be carried out before burying.
15. Do not damage or move the telemetry signal acquisition (if any) clues of the three meters.
16. After the renovation project is completed, notify the property management company in writing for acceptance. If the acceptance is unqualified, it must be rectified in time according to the rectification requirements, and the property company will re-accept after the rectification is completed.
17. After the decoration is accepted, the owner's decoration deposit will be returned 30 days later and the decoration construction unit's deposit will be returned 60 days later.
(2) Matters needing attention in decoration
1. The owner/tenant shall ensure that the decoration construction unit will not cause any damage to the public facilities and facilities in residential areas and floors. If there is any damage, regardless of the accident or not, the property management company will arrange maintenance, and the maintenance fee will be paid by the owner/tenant in cash.
2. Before and during the construction, the owner/tenant must post the decoration permit issued by the property management company for the management personnel of the property management company to check.
3. The owner/tenant shall be responsible for the house safety during the construction period.
4, in order to ensure fire safety, before and during the renovation work, the construction unit must place at least one fire extinguisher on the construction site. If volatile paint or flammable liquid is used, an exhaust fan should be provided to exhaust indoor gas to avoid fire. During the renovation, open flames are not allowed. If you really need to use it, you must go to the property company to apply for an open flame permit.
5. Transportation of decorative materials and tools. Drive in strict accordance with the line signs designated by the property management company. If the floor and wall crossing the corridor are damaged or polluted, they must be repaired and cleaned, and the corresponding losses should be compensated.
6, in the process of construction, all materials, tools and garbage must be closed in the room at any time, shall not block the corridor or any public places.
7. Decoration must be carried out in accordance with the time specified by the property management company. Decoration shall not disturb other owners/tenants, such as noise, vibration, bad smell, etc.
8. It is forbidden to throw construction waste outside the window and balcony; It is forbidden to dump garbage into sewers or discharge domestic sewage from rainwater pipes.
9. The owner/tenant shall be responsible for and bound by the behavior of the employed construction personnel, and shall be jointly and severally liable.
10, the construction personnel should dress neatly, and they should not walk in public places shirtless, barefoot or wearing slippers, stay in non-working areas, spit, smoke, talk loudly, play, gamble or drink.
1 1. After the renovation is completed, the owner/tenant shall notify the property management company for acceptance.
12, all construction must be completed in strict accordance with the approved drawings and plans. In the process of acceptance, if it is found that the decoration is carried out without approval or does not meet the requirements of this regulation, the owner/tenant shall be responsible for making changes.
13. Any decoration scheme approved by the property management company does not represent the approval of the technical parameters of the scheme, and the property management company does not guarantee the specifications, performance and effects of the equipment and materials selected in the scheme. The owner/tenant shall be responsible for any consequences caused by any problems caused by equipment, materials and construction quality.
14. After the renovation project of the owner/tenant is accepted by the property management company as conforming to the approved scheme, the property management company will refund the renovation deposit of the owner/tenant as required.
(3) Illegal decoration treatment
The property company will deal with those who violate the regulations as follows:
