Scope of implementation

It is applicable to the full-time team members and full-time clerks openly recruited by Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade according to the vacancy situation, and signs a contract with Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade.

Staffing and post setting

Wusheng full-time fire brigade has 82 members, 12 clerks. According to the Interim Provisions on the Management of Full-time Fire Brigade of Sichuan Fire Rescue Corps (Chuanxiao [202 1] 142), the full-time fire-fighting posts of Wusheng County Government are set as: chief (deputy) team (station), instructor, combat squad leader (deputy), comprehensive squad leader (deputy), equipment technician, etc. Clerks set up comprehensive management posts, law enforcement auxiliary posts, political and personnel posts, logistics and financial posts, etc.

Wage composition and standard

(a) the salary of full-time government firefighters consists of basic salary, allowance and bonus.

1. basic salary. Full-time government firefighters implement hierarchical management, and the post level is set from high to low to one to eight. The basic salary standard is "one grade and multiple grades", and each grade has several salary grades (see 1).

2. Subsidies. It consists of post (post) allowance and job training allowance.

(1) post (post) allowance. If one person has more posts or more posts, the post (post) allowance standard will be set high and will not be enjoyed repeatedly. When a post (post) changes, it shall be implemented according to the post (post) allowance standard corresponding to the new post or post from the month after the appointment and removal organ issues the post or post adjustment notice document. (2) On-the-job training subsidies. Combined with the actual situation in Wusheng County, the subsidy standard for on-duty training is 40 yuan/day, which is implemented according to the actual number of days on duty in that month, and in principle, it does not exceed the legal working days in that month.

3. Bonus. It consists of a year-end one-time bonus and an annual performance award.

(2) The salary of fire clerks consists of basic salary, duty training subsidy and bonus.

Supplementary explanation on the treatment of newly recruited players

(1) Full-time government firefighters. The team members were recruited by Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade, passed the trial and signed a labor contract. After formal employment, the basic salary will be determined at 8 levels. 1. Among them: those with full-time bachelor's degree (including double bachelor's degree) and corresponding degree certificates shall be determined according to Grade 7, Grade 3, Master's degree or above and obtain corresponding degree certificates, and those with Grade 6 and 1 shall be determined; The basic salary of retired soldiers is determined according to level 7 1, and those with working experience as commanders and fighters of national comprehensive fire rescue teams are determined according to level 7 and level 2; Commanders and soldiers who have more than 2 years' working experience in the national comprehensive fire rescue team before entering the post may not have a probation period if they meet the requirements of relevant posts after examination.

Fire clerk. The fire clerk was recruited by Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade, and passed the trial and signed a labor contract. After formal employment, the basic salary is generally determined according to the file 1. Among them: those with full-time bachelor's degree (including double bachelor's degree) and corresponding degree certificate shall be determined according to senior grade, and master's degree and above and corresponding degree certificate shall be determined according to intermediate grade 1; Retired soldiers with the national comprehensive fire rescue team commander and combatant work experience, the basic salary is determined in accordance with the third and fourth levels; Commanders and soldiers who have more than 2 years' working experience in the national comprehensive fire rescue team before entering the post may not have a probation period if they meet the requirements of relevant posts after examination.

If the above-mentioned personnel and existing staff meet multiple conditions at the same time, the basic salary level shall be determined according to the high level. There is no probation period for those who meet the requirements of relevant posts after examination.

Extra benefits

During the working period of government full-time firefighters and fire clerks, units and individuals pay social insurance and housing accumulation fund in accordance with state regulations, and individual contributions are withheld and remitted by Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade from their salary income.

Full-time firefighters and clerks enjoy relevant vacation policies according to national regulations, and the national statutory holidays and public holidays adopt a rotation system, and the rest and vacation time is arranged by Wusheng County Fire Rescue Brigade in accordance with relevant regulations. Implement a special working hour system and stay in the team for 24 hours.

Full-time fire rescue teams are managed by paramilitary discipline teams, and full-time firefighters and clerks implement the living supply system. The standard of living expenses is implemented with reference to the per capita 29 yuan/day of the national comprehensive fire rescue team.

This scheme will be implemented on June 65438+ 10/day, 2022. The annual salary standard is included in the budget at the beginning of the year.
