1. First of all, our company will abide by the terms of the contract and the bidding documents, ensure the quality and quantity, complete all the work within the scope of project responsibility on schedule, and fulfill the warranty obligations according to the contract.

2. For the quality maintenance caused by our company during the warranty period, our company shall bear all the maintenance expenses by itself, and compensate the owner according to 10% of the current maintenance expenses, and the compensation for maintenance expenses 10% shall be deducted from our warranty fund.

3. During the warranty period of the project, if the project needs maintenance due to reasons within our construction responsibility, we will send you a maintenance and rectification plan at the time you requested, and carry out maintenance according to the maintenance plan you confirmed at the time you requested. If our company fails to carry out the maintenance according to the above requirements, you have the right to entrust any professional repairer to carry out the maintenance, and the expenses will be calculated independently according to the professional repairer's valuation, and directly deducted from our project settlement, warranty payment or any amount payable to our company.

4. When the professional maintenance personnel sent by your company carry out maintenance, our company promises to provide support, help and disclosure, including materials, technology and pre-construction conditions, so as to help them complete the maintenance work quickly and with high quality.

5. The calculation method of the engineering maintenance cost of the professional repairer dispatched by your company is calculated independently according to the pricing of the professional repairer. We agree that you can deduct it directly from our project settlement, warranty money or any amount due to us. We fully believe that your company will take a fair and just position when dealing with the payment of fees.

6. During the warranty period of the project, when you inform us (in writing or by telephone) that we are responsible for the maintenance of a certain task, we will listen carefully to the requirements of your relevant personnel in terms of command, scheduling and dress, provide thoughtful services and be on call to ensure the quality and effect of the project maintenance.

7. Due to the quality problems of our company's projects, residents claim for the expansion of the maintenance area. We authorize your company to negotiate with the owner, and your company has the right to decide. The negotiation result will take effect after being signed by your representative and the owner, and our company will confirm it unconditionally. The claim fee shall be paid directly by our company in cash and shall not be drawn from the warranty fund. If our company refuses to pay compensation, you have the right to deduct the compensation fee from the warranty fund, and extract 25% of the claim fee from the warranty fund as liquidated damages, which will be used as your management fee and reputation compensation fee for handling complaints.

8. During the project warranty period within the scope of our construction responsibility, if there is any problem of maintenance service quality (including entity quality, service quality and maintenance progress), which damages your reputation and brand, we will bear all the responsibilities, and all the expenses arising from your sending professional maintenance personnel for maintenance will be borne by us.

9. During the warranty period of the project, our company will send enough high-quality maintenance management personnel to be responsible for the maintenance according to your requirements, and hand over the list to your project department and property management office at the beginning of the warranty period.

10. In addition to the possible training of your company, our company will also send people to train the etiquette and dress of maintenance management personnel to meet your company's standardized management requirements for maintenance management personnel. If your company conducts training, we will actively cooperate with the training work of relevant departments of your company, and have fully considered the slowdown, transportation expenses, cleaning expenses and extra expenses of relevant personnel of our company that may occur during this period.
