Since July this year, faced with the double test of flood and epidemic situation, the Party branch of Zhengtaiyuan Community regards flood and epidemic situation as orders and takes flood control and epidemic prevention as the central task, and organizes party member and volunteers to go deep into the front line and implement various measures for flood control and epidemic prevention, so that wherever there is danger, there is party member and there is party flag flying high.

By establishing a "circle of friends" between the Party and the masses, setting up a "weather station" for people's feelings, collecting people's feelings and opinions, handling contradictions and disputes, solving problems such as civilized dog raising, noise from merchants' flues disturbing people, blocked sewers and illegal construction, and striving to achieve * * * construction and * * * governance.
