The owners or owners' congress and the realty service enterprise may agree on the realty service fee by means of contract system or gratuity system.

1. The contract responsibility system means that the owner pays a fixed property service fee to the property service enterprise, and the property service enterprise provides services according to the matters agreed in the contract, and the profits and losses are enjoyed or borne by the property service enterprise. The contract property service fee consists of property service cost, statutory taxes and fees and enterprise profits.

2.
