2. The product quality is stable, and it can be mass-produced normally. Quality stability refers to the continuous spot check of products for more than one year. Products produced in small quantities cannot represent the stability of product quality, and enterprises that produce products in large quantities must have formal qualifications to apply for certification.

3 products meet the national standards, industry standards and their supplementary technical requirements, or meet the standards confirmed by the administrative department of standardization in the State Council.
