The feeling of entering

Customer service is no stranger to me. Modern society pushes sales to the forefront, and it is obvious that after-sales service has become the biggest bright spot. This after-sales service model has produced the position of "customer service". Customer service, as its name implies, is an employee who serves customers. Customers need our employees to pay some late return visits after purchasing our products, asking customers about their views or opinions on our products, or the places that are not well maintained and used in the later period, so as to win the trust and recognition of customers and make our products more popular. This is my understanding of customer service.

Property customer service, for me, is a new profession that I have never been exposed to. Through these days' study, I personally think that property customer service requires memory and logical thinking at a higher level. For a community, we must know the owners of the community, pay a return visit to the owners regularly, find out what needs or suggestions the owners have for their own house and the overall environment of the community, report the owners' requirements to various departments in time, make records, follow up and pay a return visit later, explain the situation to the owners, and do a good job in the cooperation between the customer service department and the property department. Keep in mind the basic property law and special management rules, explain the parts that can and cannot be used to the owner in the most euphemistic way, and remember not to conflict with the owner. Another important part is the delivery of property fees, so that the company can collect property fees in time.

These are the feelings of a new employee of mine. I want to encourage myself to do this job well. In the past ten days, I am very grateful to Director Ma, Director Liu and Director Xie for their guidance on my work, to other customer service for their help, and to Lin for their guidance on my working environment and working style.
