As intermediary shopkeepers and employees, these people collect shopkeepers' information through various channels, and then the rest pretend to be buyers and take the shopkeepers to a municipal store to sign a contract. The owner saw that it was a big-name intermediary. Out of trust in the brand, he quickly signed a contract, after the so-called buyer paid a down payment of about 30% of the house price.
The intermediary lied that the buyer had to apply for a bank mortgage to guide the owner to transfer ownership. The next day, the buyer changed hands to mortgage the property to cash out and then disappeared.
These people have a clear division of labor and play different roles in the transaction process. For the purpose of seeking the property of the owner, they led the owner into a carefully arranged trading trap, which was chilling.

1, the hardcover room was "resold" by the intermediary.
Second-hand houses, hardcover houses, and houses that have not lived for a day are likely to be "upside down". To put it bluntly, the owner is eager to pay this ultra-low price with money, and then install it with the worst materials at ultra-low cost. At present, the most mainstream decoration style is a model room similar to the sales department. For those young men who just got married, especially the little girls after the Ninth Five-Year Plan, they like to look outside, but they are full of paper.
After buying this house, I'll give you the air. Changed the phone, you don't know me, and I don't know you. Two years later, all the shortcomings of the house were exposed, which was a lie.
2, the liar finds the holder.
The swindler asks the holder to pay the down payment, sign the contract and take the mortgage process. After signing a house purchase contract and getting the real estate license, the swindler will go to the bank to cancel the mortgage loan, then take the real estate license to another bank to handle the mortgage loan, and then take the money to run away.
As for why swindlers can unilaterally apply for cancellation of mortgage loans, this is a loophole in the process of second-hand housing transactions in many areas. The bank is only responsible to the buyer. Although the mortgage agreement involves three parties, if the buyer applies for cancellation, according to the regulations, the bank cannot refuse without informing the seller.
Of course, the victim can go to court according to the contract, but it is often useless, because it is not the liar who directly signs the contract with the seller, but the holder, and the holder is also part of this matter.

When both buyers and sellers can't guarantee the security of the transaction, it is very unfavorable to the development of the industry. No one dares to buy or sell, and the property market is likely to be destroyed by these people.
Fourth, no matter how formal the transaction process is, don't sell the house to the buyer who holds it on behalf of others, let alone help others to hold the house on behalf of others in order to earn the replacement fee. Otherwise, if you are not careful, you will be burdened with huge foreign debts, and even affect the credit investigation, involving criminal cases.
What details should be paid attention to in the sale of second-hand houses?
