Firmly establish the idea of "safety first" to ensure safe operation. Therefore, as an outdoor cleaner, we must be careful and not violate the operating rules.

1, precautions for entering the community

All vehicles entering the community must be carried out, and it is forbidden to take people by bike;

Cleaning personnel are strictly forbidden to walk in the garage and its ramp (except for cleaning the garage and its ramp), and all personnel and vehicles walk in the bicycle garage and its ramp.

All vehicles should be parked in designated places, neatly arranged and locked;

It is forbidden to chat in public areas such as car ramps;

Don't walk under the eaves of buildings in the park to prevent falling objects from hurting people.

2. Precautions for walking to and from work

You must walk on the sidewalk, and if there is no sidewalk, walk on the roadside;

The red light stops and the green light goes;

When crossing a crosswalk controlled by traffic signals, you must abide by the provisions of the signals; When crossing a crosswalk without traffic signal control, you must pay attention to the traffic, and you must not chase or run. If there is no crosswalk, you must take the overpass or tunnel;

Do not cross or lean on the guardrails of sidewalks, carriageways and railway crossings;

It is not allowed to pick up a car, chase a car, forcibly stop a car or throw an object on the road.

3. Precautions for commuting by bike

Before turning, you must slow down, turn around and reach out, and you are not allowed to turn suddenly and violently;

When overtaking, it shall not hinder overtaking;

When crossing a steep slope, or when the brakes fail on the way, you must get off the bus and implement it. Raise your hand up and down, don't interfere with the traffic behind you, don't cross the motorway and take the zebra crossing.

Hands are not allowed to leave the handle, climb and support other vehicles or hold things in their hands;

It is not allowed to tow vehicles or be towed by other vehicles;

There is no parallel, mutual pursuit or tortuous competition;

People or goods are not allowed to ride bicycles.

4. Precautions for using machines and cleaning agents

◆ Check whether the wires and sockets (heads) of mechanical equipment are in good condition before and after use, and report the problems to the supervisor immediately. Do not operate machinery and equipment "with illness";

◆ Never aim the gun at people, animals and plants when using the high-pressure water gun, so as not to hurt others (things);

◆ It is forbidden to use mechanical equipment outdoors in rainy days, and avoid water from the machine and wiring board during daily operation;

◆ Before using cleaning agents (especially insecticidal liquid and strong acid and alkali cleaning agents), read the operating instructions carefully and operate in strict accordance with the requirements of "Precautions", and pay attention to the safety of pedestrians and yourself during the operation.

5, high altitude operation matters needing attention

● You must wear a seat belt and fasten it on a safety rope. Each safety rope can only be used by one person, and multiple people are not allowed to use one safety rope;

● Pay attention to firmly holding the working tool in your hand to prevent it from falling;

● It is forbidden to transfer tools or throw objects to each other in the air;

● Chatting, joking, frolicking and carrying other irrelevant items are prohibited during the operation;

● Do not make big swinging movements when working high above the ground;

Pay attention to the attachments on the wall to avoid bumping or hurting yourself;

● Supervisors should keep monitoring in place, observe at any time, report and handle problems in time;

● Before landing, the external wall cleaner should first check the positions of nearby ground, wall facilities, safety ropes and people flow, and then slowly descend until landing after being adjusted by the ground supervisor.
