This project consists of main line and Baoxing branch line. The main line starts from Tao Jia, Kongming Township, Qionglai City, connects Tianfu New District under construction to Qionglai Expressway, passes through Gaohe in Qionglai City and Lushan County in Ya 'an City, ends in Yingjing County, and connects Ya 'an to Xichang Expressway, with a total length of about 106.7 km. Baoxing branch line starts from the south of Lushan County, connects with the main line of this project, along Lingguan River, ends at the north side of Baoxing County, and connects with G35 1 line, with a total length of about 33.6 kilometers. The main line from Qionglai to Shiyang Town in tianquan county is planned to adopt the standard of two-way six-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100 km/h and a subgrade width of 33.5 m; The section from Shiyang Town to Yingjing County in tianquan county and Baoxing Branch Line are planned to adopt the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 80km/h, a subgrade width of 25.5m, and 32,534m/13 main bridges (5,244m /6 extra large bridges, 25,532m /83 large bridges and medium bridges1). Baoxing branch line has 3982m /8 bridges (15 12m/1 bridge, 2472m /7 bridges and 1758m /24 medium bridges) and 2 1820m /4 tunnels.

Panzhihua to Yanyuan

The route starts near Geliping in the west of Panzhihua City, connects with the already built G42 16 Lijiang-Panzhihua Expressway (connecting Panzhihua-Dali Expressway), passes through Renhe District and Yanbian County, and ends near Baijia Village, Yanyuan County, Liangshan Prefecture. Connect the existing G76 1 1 Xichang-Shangri-La Expressway, with a total length of 140.5 km, and it is planned to adopt two-way traffic.
