How to apply for an open community and a closed community

There are two situations when an open community can apply for a closed community.

1. If the original developer designed an open community, the property management company will change it into a closed community according to the needs of management and the safety of the owners. If there is any change in the original drawing planning, it needs to be reported to the planning and design department.

2. If more than two-thirds of all the owners agree to modify it into a closed community, it needs to be reviewed by the government planning department in the name of the owners' committee before it can be modified.
