You can also ask an electrician to check whether the grounding wire is correct, whether there is leakage, and whether the electric box can be used normally.

4. Check where there is a floor drain. Generally, there is a floor drain on the balcony of the bathroom, and some kitchens are reserved for installation. You can prepare a bucket of water to see if the water is discharged smoothly. If the floor drain is not installed, the sewer pipe should be sealed with a belt before renovation to avoid falling into the garbage and blocking the sewer pipe when it is dismantled.
